• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (the Pinterest URL).
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement of good faith belief and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
